How do you bring Burning Man home with you? Well, I tend to make costumes and wear them around, I'm friendly with stranger than I used to be, I plan gatherings, meet-n-greets, and events with and for other burners and burners-at-heart, I see art all around me....

How do you keep the flames alive the rest of the year? By connecting with like-minded folks, looking at photos from burns past, going to regional events, driving 4+ hours just to dress up like a zombie or bunny or cat - - oh...and spend time with other people dress like-wise. Leaving random letters on random cars. Sending strangers postcards with love infused in each one. By smiling at everyone I come across, while looking them in the eyes - beware of this one though...it can frighten some.

Do you know about the regional network? Yep.....in fact, I'm part of it....I'm the regional contact for Indiana.....which means that if you live in, travel through, visit Indiana you can contact me, we can hook-up for a coffee/drink/walk/etc....or if you've got a large scale project that you really want to do, but don't have anyone to help with you can contact me and I'll do my damnedest to find people to help you out (more often than not I'll try to be amongst those people)...or if you want to work on a large scale project I'll help you find one to work on....I also officially represent Indiana to Burning Man, and Burning Man to Indiana..................Most states, Canada, and many other countries have regional contacts.

Do you know about other events/happenings/gatherings/parties/etc in your area? Most, though I'm sure not all....including regional events and things of interest.....I love both.

What, here in the default world, makes you think of the playa? So much it can be overwhelming at times. Sometimes I find myself transported to the playa when doing nothing but walking across a vacant parking lot...............sometime a smell will come out of nowhere and there I am...gone. But mainly I think that it would be spending time with other burners....the hugs instead of handshakes....the love the permeates from them................yeah.....the people that I keep meeting with the fire in their eyes and souls.....whether a burning man by-product or simply them...I'm drawn and it means home to me.
